Please respect our home and follow these simple rules:
- Primary guest must be 25+
- Max occupancy: 12 guests
- No smoking or vaping inside ($250 fine)
- No parties or events
- Quiet hours 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Cancel 30+ days prior to check-in: full refund (minus non-refundable deposit). 29 or fewer days before check-in: no refund will be issued.
- Natural disasters, weather events, illnesses, family emergencies, injuries, or any other unforeseen circumstances are not eligible for refunds after the cancellation window has closed. Guest agrees to follow all emergency, evacuation, or safety instructions issued by local authorities or the Host.
- No refunds will be issued for events beyond the Host’s control. Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase third-party Travel Insurance to protect their reservation, as Stillwater Rentals LLC does not provide refunds outside the cancellation policy for any reason. Direct reservations are subject to the cancellation policy outlined on our website and may differ from policies shown on third-party booking platforms.

• A rental agreement will be sent to your email after booking to comply with detailed requirements. This must be agreed & signed prior to getting door code prior to stay.
