Occupancy & Guest Requirements

• Maximum occupancy: 12 guests
• Primary guest must be 25+
• Primary guest must be present for entire stay
• Valid government-issued ID required

House Rules

• No parties or events
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• No smoking or vaping indoors ($250 fine)
• No glass near pool area
• No diving in pool

Pet Policy

• Pet Friendly (2 pets max) with $150 fee
• No pets on furniture
• Pets may not be left unattended
• Pets must be supervised near pool
• Excessive noise not permitted

Pool & Outdoor Areas

• Pool heating may be affected by outside temperature
• Pool may not maintain maximum heat below 60°F
• Guests assume responsibility for pool use
• No glass in pool area

Cameras & Wi-Fi

• Exterior cameras only (front yard, sides, backyard/pool)
• No interior cameras
• Doorbell camera active
• Tampering may result in immediate termination
• Internet interruptions due to weather or outages are not refundable

Maintenance Notice

• Routine services may occur without notice:
• Pool service (Wednesday)
• Lawn care (Tuesday)
• Pest control
• Trash pickup (Thursday)

Damages & Fees

• Excessive cleaning
• Stained linens
• Missing or broken items
• Smoking violations
• Unauthorized pets
